SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

All orders over $75 will ship FREE with economy shipping. Other available shipping options are:

Economy Shipping • $5 • 5-7 Business Days

Rush Shipping (USPS Priority) • $9.50 • 2-4 Business Days     

Super Rush (USPS Express) • $29 • 1-2 Business Days

UPS Ground + UPS 2 Day are also available and rates are calculated at checkout and are based off of the shipping destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders over $200 will ship for FREE with the international economy shipping option. All other international orders are shipped via UPS. We offer an economy + express shipping option with UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout and are based off of the shipping destination.

PROCESSING TIME

We ship order within 2 business days. Please note that the shipping times do not include our processing time. The estimated shipping times provided above and at checkout start one the order has been shipped. We try as hard as possible to get your orders in the mail as quickly as possible. Weekends and holidays are not included in the processing + shipping times. 

Please make sure that you double check all of your shipping details before you place your order. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if your request to have them reshipped. After an order has been delivered to a correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the mailing address was correct, and you have opted into the REDO Package Protection service at checkout, you can file a claim for lost packages here. 

Please Note: Multiple items in a order may be shipped in the same jewelry pouch to cut down on waste. If you'd prefer items packaged separately, please let us know at the time the order is placed.
