WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Personalized and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchanges. Jewelry that has been worn will not be eligible for a return.
REDO: If you opted in for our FREE RETURNS & PACKAGE PROTECTION upon checkout, there will be no charge for your return order. If you did not opt in for this service, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment minus a $5 shipping charge. Start a return or exchange here.
WHAT IS REDO: FREE RETURNS & PACKAGE PROTECT?
We offer customers free return and package protection for all US orders via Redo, which you can add to your order at checkout. If you purchase Redo with your order, your return shipping label will be covered! You can return any applicable item(s) in your order for an exchange, store credit, or refund for FREE. Redo covers all items in the shopping bag; you do not need to purchase Redo for each item.
If you choose not to purchase this Redo upgrade, or would like a full refund, you can still return, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
Free returns & package protection via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy. Items must be returned within the designated return window. To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, items must be in new condition, unworn, and all tags attached. Custom, final sale, + personalized items are not eligible for refunds, exchange or store credit.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: we gladly accept returns on non-custom/non-personalized international orders within 30 days of the delivery date. However, please note that we do not accept exchanges and that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of the return shipping on international orders. WHAT ABOUT LOST PACKAGES?
We offers package insurance through our REDO Free Returns & Package Protection service available at checkout. If you select this option and your package is lost, we will reissue your order at no additional charge. Please note, this service does not provide a refund but guarantees a replacement of your package.
For orders where this protection upgrade is not selected, CARIS Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments and cannot issue refunds.
For international customers CARIS Jewelry is not responsible for refunding orders due to lost shipments, carrier delays or errors. Please also be aware that all shipping charges, duties, and fees are non-refundable.
HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM FOR A LOST PACKAGE?

INTERNATIONAL VAT + DUTY FEES:
Additional VAT charges + duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not shipping charges, they are a tax placed upon you by your country of residence for importing goods.
WARRANTY
FOREVER GOLD WARRANTY: We want you to feel confident with your CARIS purchase! That's why we offer a lifetime color warranty from the date of purchase. We are so confident in the durability of our gold plating that if your jewelry loses its color at any time, we'll replace it for you!
MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY: If any items break due to manufacturing defects or other causes not associated with normal wear and tear, we will replace them if we are contacted within 1 year or the date of delivery.
Exclusions: The warranties do not cover lost items, scratches, damage from normal wear and tear (such as broken chains or chipped rings), misuse, improper storage, or any modifications made by third parties.
Eligibility: This warranty applies only to purchases made on www.carisjewelry.com. If your jewelry was purchased from another retailer or platform, it is not covered under our warranty.
